if my nose is blocked all the time will it affect me long term health?

It could be a deviated sceptum Or it could just be sinuses but if it's annoying & you start to sound like Fran Drescher, I'm sure you'll go get it checked out (unless Do live in Brooklyn) Yes u enhale germs from ur mouth and feel dificult during eating & drinking.

Thats a serious problem if u dont clean ur nose for a long time. it wil freeze in the nostril and the it will trouble you after some years. i recommend u to clean it regularly. or else you wil end up with a single nostril open.
