is it normal if your bookbag weighs so much you wake up with a big backache everyday?

Question:
...and only the things that you need, is inside the bookbag!...and the problem stops when you do not wear the bookbag...so it is the bookbag!

Answers:
yes and the best way to avoid the backache is to spread the weight out to different areas of your back some bookbags are madw withe straps that snap bove the chest and they help to distribute the weight more evenly. tjis also cuts down on the vhances of your bag being stolen. they may be alittle more expensive but if you are having a lot of pain it will be worth the extra cost and with school starting in a few weeks it mighr be a good time to look for a new one. also check witha sporting goods xtore and atlk to someone who has experience in hiking as they will know how to handle your bag properly.

No, are you wearing it properly or fashionably?
Maybe one of these backpacks would help you:

yeah that's a problem... what happens is that the majority of students carry 20% of their body weight on their back.. find a bookbag that will distribute the weight more to your shoulders than your back
You may need to look into getting a backpack that has wheels -
Actually. It's not such a weird thing. I have the same problem and I am not a student anymore. I travel all the time for work & have to lug paperwork and my lap top on and off planes and I tried everything.

I suggest you get either a bag with wheels (I know it's ULTRA geeky and you will be laughed out of town. But, hey, your back won't hurt) or as good quality backpack. Wide, padded straps and a padded back should do the trick.

I tried both and the backpack was OK but it wasn't very professional so now I have a REALLY nice brief case on wheels.
No, it's not normal if it hurts you. If you continue to use the
bookpack to carry everything you need, you'll have back
problems for the rest of your life. Carry only what you're
comfortable with.
