i think im having an illergic reaction?

i m having shortness of breath and i am alittle dizzy.... my mom says i am just having an axiety attack but i really dont think i am cuz i did try something new today and i also feel like i am going to throw up..?? what do u think??

sounds like an allergic reaction to me,take a benedryl and see if it goes away,if not seek medical attention it could be anaphlectic shock and you may need a shot of epinepherin, look for additional signs of allergic reaction such as rash,feel of throat closing up etc...,if so call 911.

Depends on what you took allergys more commonly star with a rash and itching among other things, if it was food you tryed may be food poison that is very common

Usually depending on what you are allergic too, also makes a difference on the symptoms, but the most common reactions are rashes, swelling of the eyes, nose, and possibly throat, but if its that bad of a reaction you need to go straight to the Hospital. Otherwise Benydryl seems to work the best.
My daughter and I both suffer from panic attacks, and half the time stress seems to bring them on, the symptoms are hyperventilating, or having trouble catching our breath, nausea, diarreah, heart palpitations, shaking, and Panic.
