Lead poisoning?

Question:
I accidently stabbed the palm of my hand with a pencil while I was sharpening pencils.

The pencil was literally hanging from my palm and I pulled it out but the tip is lodged in there.

Can I have a reaction to this? I can't get it all out with a tweezer.

Answers:
Well, you won't get lead poisoning, at least. The material in pencils is graphite nowadays.

I would soak the affected hand in a solution of 1 part Epsom salt to 2 parts warm water 2-3 times a day. If it becomes infected, make an appointment with your doctor - they may need to remove the point. However, from long experience and several similar incidents, I can assure you that you will live a happy healthy life with a pencil point in your palm.
let ur mom see if its wher e you can just tweezer it out or not
