why after one year heel still numb after heel spurs removed shooting pains also?

Sounds like permanent nerve damage to the parts that are numb, and maybe some inflammation/start of damage to the parts shooting pain. Time to go back in and get an EMG to check out the nerves, and ask the surgeon what's going on.
