things that I do believe that helps promoting the optimal health...as I am doing...
1) Good food, definately enough nutrients each day... do we need to suppliment mutivita mins? depends on how good your eating habit is... generally, its hard to get all nutrients we need with the busy life and can't get fresh hot food every single meal.... I do suppliment the Multi Vitamin, cos I know I don't have enough from my food.
2.) Good digestion, can't get nutrition with a weak digestive system, can't break down food or can't absorb nutrients...definately need to get help from outside, enzymes, probiotics, and Vit. B another good helper.
3.) Exercise, just like your car, need to run...good miles each day..too much cant be worn out...but not at all will be rusted.
4) Proper bowel movement... :) defionately your body needs to eliminate waste...keep it normal, you'll feel nice all day
5) clean environment...clean air, water, and clean mind, healthy thought...stress damages your body more than you can imagine...laughing preserves your life...as much as doing things you love and makes you happy
I guess 5 begining steps are simple enough to share...not to bad to keep up on regular basis too...
