Answers:
if it's a wart you have, the doctor can freeze it for you or you can try wart-removing stuff sold at like Wal-green and stuff like that. stretch marks i don't think are much to worry about. they happen when your skin is stretched out to much, say like you gained lots of weight or gained alot in that area of your body, you'll most likely get stretch marks because all of that fatty stuff stretched out your skin. OR, if you LOST weight or fat in that area, you skin shrinked. pregnant women have stretch marks near their belly because their skins stretching due to the baby. if your young, hopefully the stretch marks will go away.
have a wonderful day!

why are you sure its a wart? it might be a mole, or some kind of skin tag. if its dark in color it might or might not be cancerous. only a dermatolagist can really tell.

its really hard to tell if somehting like that is bad. if its not filled with puss, that is at least one good sign. watch it over the next several months. if it changes in any shape or form, especially if it gets bigger, it probably is bad. regardless if its bad or not, you can get it removed at a dermatoligists office. without insurance, costs do vary, but i had 2 warts removed on my hand for about $400 a couple years ago. they were becoming painfull, and it was to the point where i couldent even pick something up without feeling pain. it was pretty gross, and i'm glad i got rid of them. There are several wart removers on the market if you want to get rid of them.

A wart is generally a small, rough, cauliflower-like growth, typically on hands and feet. Warts are common, and are caused by a viral infection, specifically by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Some scientists believe they are also caused by stress. They typically disappear after a few months but can last for years and can recur. A few Papilloma viruses are known to cause cancer. Certain types of warts, depending on location and cause, can be contagious from region to region, but are not transferable between species
