Can extensive vomiting affect your ears?

Question:

Ever since a night of excessive vomiting (hangover...)
it feels like someone has boxed my ears...they full and they are ringing and I can't hear that well.. are these things conneceted?? What is going on??

This is a classic symptom of dehydration. Take the rest of the day off, sit in a chair and drink at least 6 pints of water from now until you go to bed.
Remember, always drink at least 2 pint of water before going out drinking and at least 2 more when you get home.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised. I sometimes get sinus infections after vomiting, so it makes sense. I would see a doctor if it does not get any better.
