I have very sore thighs, im just wondering what should i do to relieve them??

Well i had basketball practice yesterday so thats prbly why, and i have basketball practice at 4:45...should i try stretching them or will it make it worse?

Answers:
Bengay is my personal fave. I hear IcyHot also works well.
Stretch for a long time and take some Aleve or Tylonol .
soak in a hot bath for 30 minutes with epsom salt (available at pharmacies and supermarkets)
Do some light stretching, don't force muscles to stretch. Then alternate between warm for 3 minutes and cold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times in the shower. (have the water directed at your thighs). It's easier to do this if you have access to a hot tub and shower but if you don't a shower willl be fine. You could also apply tigre balm, but then you will pretty bad.
Take a salt or mineral bath! Epson salt is great. You can find it at any drug store.
