Is it possible to get the symptoms of a sunburn WITHOUT being exposed to the sun?

Question:
For the last 5 days now, we've been subjected to high temperatures in the 90s and low 100s. (Heatwave in the NW).

But I've been staying out of the sun as much as possible during the day and going out at night.

However, for the last 3 days, I feel as if I have gotten a really bad sunburn, but my skin is still white. I feel hot, my skin feels fried, and I'm suffering from a bit of water retention as well.

I've been drinking plenty of water like it's going out of style, and took my first cool shower in a long time.

And yet the problems still persist, even though I don't have a sunburn.

Can anyone tell me what this problem is? it's the first time I've experienced it.

Answers:
heat poisoning...?

Excessive water drinking could be affecting it as well!

Get some fans and air conditioners or something. Youll feel better. Try drinking less water and more gatorade/sports drinks that replenish what youve essentially washed out of your body.

Yes Definitely it is possible
the sunburn comes from 2 thing : first Ultraviolet Wave and Second IInfra red Wave . most injury to your skin comes from UV A and B they can iritate your skin and make injury to the the cells ..
in other way INfra red can do the same, theinfra red & UV are not visible and you can not feel them

generlyy speaking it is posible

it is bette to use plenty of water to hydrate you body (same as you did ), use sunburn product at least 3 times per day

recommendation of Skin institute is to use suncream even in Winter and the time you have no direct sun radiation
