I hate to get shots to. When I found out that I was going to have my 6th grade shots, I freaked out. When I have to get any kind of shots, I think about different things. I don't think about the needle or the shot. So, just don't think about it. It will be over with before you know it.

don't worry you won't die, you'll just be in pain for the rest of your life If you get a nurse tha tis good at giving shots , they won't hurt.
You have to get them , so why make it harder on yourself.
It only hurts for a sec.
