There is no way, you can only let it runs it's course.
You can take over the counter remedys which will only curtail it a bit.
I for one believe that there is a cure for the common cold but theres no way there gonna let that out of the bag. Imagine how much money pharmacies and over the counter medicine companys would lose if they found a cure.
Money-the root of all evil Sorry, your cold will have to run its course. You can treat the symptoms though with an OTC cold remedy. Ask your local pharmacist/chemist for their recommendation. Try to get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids in the next couple of days, too.
