numbness/tingling in arms, especially. . .?

Question: my left arm on the left side, running down to my pinky and ring finger. It's been going on all night and morning. Also noticed it the other night, but briefly, playing a gig at a reception. No pain, just feel like that one part of my arm has fallen asleep. Pinched nerve or something else?

Not necessarilt carpal tunnel, but CUBITAL tunnel...I had it in BOTH arms, turns out it was due to an accident where I jammed my elbows and pinched the nerve there...trie conventional treatment, but in the end,it required surgery...now it is 100%...I can bowl, type, volleyball...all without the numbness and tingling

This could be a sign of heart problems. One of my employers had about the same symptoms, he wound up having a triple bypass. Consult your doctor.
