What does an ambulance ride cost?

Question: My wife and I just had our third child. This baby came very quickly, only about 25 minutes from water breaking to delivery. We did not have time to make it to the hospital so I called 911. Everything worked out just fine. We went to our hospital via an ambulance. The hospital was about 10 miles away.

I am trying to figure out how much money to put aside to cover the ride, it is a 50% deductable from our insurance. Does anyone have a ball park idea of what it costs? I am guessing at least a few thousand. Does that sound right?
