Diet and exercise:
Eat plenty of ruit and veg, at least 5 portions a day, wholemeal carbs such as pasta, bread and brown rice and lean protein such as chicken or fish. (veggie - more beans, pulses, lentils etc) Cut out white bread and pasta, cakes, biscuits, fried food, and fast food. A treat a couple of times a week won't hurt, as long as you are also having the healthy foods.
Excercise for 30mins a day varying between cardio (running, skipping, swimming etc, strenthening (weights) and stretching.

dont eat fast food at all. when you go out to eat get a salad or something healthy. try to work out as much as you can, not like anything heavy. just got for a walk or something. for breakfast eat like a couple of egg whites and wheat toast. chicken (not fried) is good. protein is good. try to go from white bread to wheat. and stay away from oil and grease

Throw out your oily foods like butter, cheese, cooking oils.
Do not eat ANY fast food.

Ideally, find a sport that you like and that is good exercise, it can be anything, running, tennis, even golf, roller skating or skateboarding or swimming or surfing, there are tons of great, fun sports.
Keep a positive attitude about yourself. Love yourself, love your body, every cell, every organ of your body.
