Bit warm olive oil ..rub on your wrist gently
Celedrin, an esterified fatty acid, not unlike DHA/EPA from fish oil, has rather immediate anti-inflammatory action, and helps to speed healing. I have carpal tunnel issues in my wrist. I've tried gluc/chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, and many other joint/pain remedies, and found Celedrin to work best. Good luck! P.S. Now Foods makes a topical Celedrin and an internal; take both forms for best results.
if the pain is located at the base of your palm, it is probably what the others have guessed.carpel tunnel syndrome. getting surgery is the last possible solution if nothing else works. first, you have to figure out what activity you're doing that is causing the pain.many suffer from CTS from typing for long hours every day, say if that is part of your job. any repetitive motion that forces your wrists to flex (bend) can compress the medial nerve and cause pain. sometimes wrist splints can help. you can find those at any drug store, walmart, target, etc. often, wearing those splints while doing the activity that is causing the pain can help. i hope this helps and good luck.
