one side of my head feels like liquid running down my head into the back of my neck anyone every felt that?

Question: the middle of my back also felt like something moving around in it then my neck started hurting and now my upper arms hurt, it wakes me up at night, to lay on them or pick something up it hurts started with one arm now both hurt,

You have a pinched nerve, get to a doctor.

Pinched nerve via disc problems, better see a Doc! I had similiar symptoms and it tirned out to be herniated discs.
