get a friend or parent or even old school teacher to go over and over your likely lists of questions an employee would be asked, just keep drilling on it, until you can answer without thinking.
Find a friend or family member who is willing to help you. It would be great if it's someone who hires on their job. Every week, have them pretend to interview you for a job. You can find examples of questions on the internet.
After a few weeks' practice, you'll be less nervous, the questions will sound familiar, and you'll have a ready set of answers that have already been critiqued by your friend.
I have done that , and now to get over that I convince myself to make the other person laugh and be comfortable with me, Ill crack a joke and then I have this nervous laugh and they laugh back and I feel much more comfortable because they will see how I really am personality wise in the first few min of meeting and that has made a impression on thier minds. It works everytime I have gotten a job. I have spent more hours trying to be whitty and make people laugh so I feel more comfortable with me. Remember the person in the room is already confident and now it is your turn.
Rule 1: During the interview position yourself on the left side of the interviewer as when you speak his/her left ear heard you first. So what you said is better understood by the interviewer's brain.
Rule 2: Practice on answering questions with someone so that you have more confidence.
Rule 3: Shake hand firmly and dress professional
Rule 4: Know by heart what you wrote in your resume.
Rule 5: Think positive as this will promote "good energy (aura)" around you!!
To keep you calm when been interviewed. Try and imagine that the person in front of you is naked. That way you won't feel nervous. Plus doing breathing exercises before you go into the interview. Remember just be youself and relax. The people interviewing you are just as nervous as you are ok
