I tried an experiment.
i put ketchup on my hand and wiped it off = it still smelled like ketchup-
I put ketchup on my hand and washed it= no ketcheup smell.
I presume washing is cleaner than using paper to wipe.
SO WHY DONT THEY HAVE WATER TO WASH ANUS ALL OVER EUROPE AND THE USA?

Washing is better.

Americans are pretty prudish. And Europeans are a little bit more open to the idea, which is why they actually have them here and there. But they're not the norm either.

Bidets are expensive.

Toilet paper is cheap.

some time this unhygienic condition, depending on individual, can /has created infection-like condition and effects the persons health.. and it becomes difficult to detect the real cause... so wash and wash your hands also with soap...the real cause could be water shortage... and traditional way

They do have the bidet in Europe, but in the USA, one simply needs to wash afterwards. We do for babies, and many people do continue the practice into adulthood. Some don't however, and it is rather unsanitary.
