No one answered the question so it's still open for a answer?

Question:
Thanks to everyone who gave a honest answer to my question concerning the email to employees about the healthcare provider change, sorry I was not clear, I'm a student writing a paper and just wanting some advice how to break the news in the format of a email to employees that are comfortable with their current healthcare provider. Some of you were very harsh, but honest I guess. I just got stuck or writers block not sure. I read the material but I still needed a little more help. Wanting to see what other people thought.

Answers:
You need to find a positive aspect for the employee. Maybe he will get better coverage or his payments will be lower. He needs to believe it will benefit him in some way.
No one in the working field wants to hear of a health plan change unless it benefits them. Simple as that.

I really don't know what else to say..........just try to sound positive!
I am not sure what you are asking but if you are looking to change something disturbing such as health insurance being dropped into a positive always offer a solution like a book that is a great navigational tool tel help you get the resources you need to survive....the book I read and love is "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz.....it helped me a lot.
