I have a burning pain in my right lung?

Question:
If the pain were in the center, I'd call it heartburn but it is not coming from my digestive tract. If it were on the left, then I would think something is wrong with my heart, but it is on the RIGHT. Cannot find any clues on the internet and I am just looking for possibilities to follow up with my doctor and my home medical guide. Any ideas what it could it be?

Answers:
Is the burning constant, or is it only when you breath in or out? How long have you had it, and is there anything you think that could be causing it?

Other Answers:
maybe you have pneumonia.
It could be pleurisy. Look it up and then get to a doctor to confirm it.
Gall bladder...upper right quadrant.
Why dont you ask your doctor to give you the possibilities to what it could be.
What kind of neighborhood do you live in? (Could be a stray bullet. Check for signs of blood, and if you hear a rasping, gurgling sound when you breathe, it could be your lung filling with liquid.) Oh, and you might want to see a doctor, though I'd catch a good movie first.
Under no circumstances go anywhere near a doctor.
What do they know eh?
You probably know more than they do with your nightly excursions around the web looking for Biology subjects.
Her's my prognosis.
you,ve swallowed a cigar.
Probably during a bout of hiccups you've been having a drag and you've just sucked the bugger down there.
I would suggest you stop breathing for a ten to twelve minutes to reduce the level of oxygen in there .
In fact........
Hold your breath until the pain stops
Then
Sick it up.
done it a rew times......... Always works for me.
