as i am a teenager at 21 what are the precautions to do for a good health?

Dont drink too much alchohol, or binge. Dont eat too much junk food, dont starve yourself either. Dont smoke. Take vitamins. Excerise. Get a pet. Express yourself.

Are you female or male? If you are female, start upping your calcium intake so you don't have to worry about bone loss which is commen in older women. Also increase your vitamin intake. And always drink lots of water. :)
