it's called worker's comp. talk to your hr. if all else fails, hire an attorney. they're likely to settle out of court bc the company doesn't want bad publicity such as treating their employees unfairly.

You should file for Worker's Comp. Also, check to see if you have any kind of disability insurance. Your Human Resources Department will help with this.
A company is generally not required to pay your wages only your medical expenses incurred.
