can someone help me??

Question:
why is it that when i run, my ankle hurts, my knees hurt, and my right hip feels like it pops out of the socket kinda?
i only improved my outdoor mile rin by 20 seconds last year because of it!
my parents wont do anything so next year in gym im gonna look like a freak cause i can run long distance anymore!
i was in so much pain last year i almost considered just stop running even though that would have meant staying after school and that wouldnt have even solved anything cause id still be in pain!

how can i stop the pain? cause my parents wont do anything about it.

and my brother has bad knees cause hes 6 foot 8. but his knees dont hurt when he just goes up or down stairs! but htey hurt when he plays basketball.

AND MY PARENTS WOULDNT EVEN WRITE A NOTE FOR ME TO GET OUT OF RUNNING IF THEY HURT SO BAD I CANT RUN!!!!!!

Answers:
You know what, my brother had that problem. Your going to have to take it easy. Bad knees run in my family as well (my french side of the family). So use ankle weights, and lift 10 or 15lb dumb-bells, to build whatever is hurting. Get some therapy, and that should do it. If your parents don't want to do anything about it, then go to a free clinic in your area, and see what a doctor says. If you are a teenager with no income, it is absolutely free.

Hopefully this helps you out!!!!~~

Sounds like a combination of things, including knee strain and twisted ankle. To stop the pain, stop running for a while- maybe a few years. Have you report these probs to the school nurse, or to a doctor, even at a walk in clinic? Did you have a lot of falls, or even one fall, last year? This year, too, so far? Whatever it was might've happened last year and you didn't give your self a rest from running. SO the pain has spread and persisted. For exercise, try less strenuous things, such as bicycling at any speed, daily..
I suggest you get a heating patch, and if that doesn't work, seek a chiropractor.
