I have pain in my elbow.?

Question:
I have pain in my elbow right above and below it. This is the 3rd time I've had it, it doesn't come often, but when I fully extend my arm it would hurt. Now, it hurts even when I'm not extending it. Anyone have any idea what it could be or how to make it feel better?

Answers:
Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis
Treatment for tennis elbow includes resting your arm to allow the tendon to heal and taking pain-relief medication. Surgery is seldom needed for tennis elbow.
You may wear a forearm brace or sling for a few days. Applying cold or warmth may help ease pain and stiffness

Tennis elbow?

Try the follow these steps,to help with the pain.

1. Ice pack.

Putting your elbow on ice will stop the reduces blood flow, swelling by numbing the nerves in that area of the body.

2. Heat pack.

Increases blood flow, and healing to that area of the body.

3. Ibuprofin

It will reduces the blood flow, stops the pain for a bit.

If these things don't help you still. Then I'd go to the emerancy room,to have yourself looked at,you might have to go physical therapy to deal with it (before they use surgury as a last resort).

I hope these things will help you out there, good luck and hope you feel better.
