My 3 year old has a lump on the top of her head?

Question:
about 4 days ago i noticed a lump on the top of my 3year olds head. i asked if she bumped it and she didn't know. there is no discoloration no redness or bruising just a lump about the size of a quarter maybe alittle bigger. is this cause for concern

Answers:
no. three year olds are always falling down and bumping things. and it might not of hurt that bad that she distintly remembers it. if i gets bigger or she complains about it then i might advise a doctor.
nah, no concern. her skull just grew shut. we all have bumps about that size on our heads.
No, my kids bang their heads on stuff all the time. It just happens when they're playing and rolling around, like kids always do.
I would take her to the doctor. Better safe than sorry, ESPECIALLY when their is an injury on the head...
go get it checked it may be cancerous.not to scare you but.just to take precautions
