Just lie down till you sleep and get eight hours. From now on try to get to the habit of going to sleep at say, 9:30, and waking up at 6 - if you don't need to get up that early add the time so you get 8 1/2 hours sleep (or in other words, 8, but you'll take half an hour to get off at least).
Sleeping more than 8 or less than 8 is generally quite unhealthy and can shorten your lifespan.
Wait till tonight, and get back on a schedule.

twelve hours is plenty of sleep. Drink some coffee or take a cool shower, or just splash some cold water on ur face. The thing w/ sleeping a long time in one go is that it makes u feel kinda tired or drowsy.
