What can I do if my ear lobe piercing is going lower than it used to be… my ear hurts and it looks as if it will tear apart… is not that much that the cause might be for using heavy earrings, because is only on one ear which one time accidentally I pulled my earring down. I love wearing earrings and am a bit desperate & sad with this matter :( any solutions besides surgery?...

First of all, don't be desperate and sad. It's not the biggest deal in the world. Saying "I like to wear earrings" and getting all upset about it is childish, to say the least.
Look at all the problems people have. I mean, you can walk, see, and you can still hear.
So talking about still hearing, you should see a doctor, first of all, to see if there's an infection. You should be more concerned about that. You don't want it to spread, and potentially lose your hearing. You don't want permanent scaring.
Maybe, all you need is to leave it alone and get a lot of rest, and in time, it will heal.
Anyway, see a Doc, and stop worrying about the earrings, worry about your health.
