I suggest you see a physician to rule out anything other than stress. If he/she believes your condition is caused by stress, you are the only person who can determine what or who is responsible for your stress.
After dealing with stress for many years, I discovered a way to relieve some of mine. Lie flat on your back, preferably on a comfortable support, close your eyes, repeat to yourself, starting with your toes, "relax your toes, relax your toes, relax your toes, until you feel your toes relaxing; then, move to your ankles, repeating the same mantra over and over until you feel your ankles relaxing. Move all the way up your body, until your entire body is relaxed. You even have to include your eyelids, your eyeballs, your eyebrows, every part of your body. It isn't necessary to repeat this mantra aloud. Just think it. This process may take 30 minutes to an hour; but, believe me, it works! This is akin to hypnotization. You will be so relaxed, you will experience euphoria and will fall into a deep sleep. Complete relaxation is mandatory. Become a limp rag.
Stay on your computer much? sitting upright like that for a while can cause pain in your back or neck... if not that,then it could be a pulled muscle or a number of things. maybe you should go to the doctor and get it checked out.
piched nerves can cause this as can a pulled muscle..you need some warm heat and gentle massage..warm spa or bath and rest..i hope you get well soon
