Tips to help me fall asleep?

Question:
I need help figuring out ways that can help me get to sleep earlier. I'm immune to sleeping pills after depending on them for over a year, exercise just helps to relax but not make me sleepy, watching tv no longer makes my eyes tired it just strains them, having a snack before bed just makes me feel more awake. I'm falling asleep later and later everyday.

Answers:
One thing that always helps me sleep is, pull a all niter! But you have to have something to do in the day or else you will crash. I remember when school used to come around the corner and I had to get my sleep schedule back I would pull a all niter before and then crash like at 9pm then from there wake up about 5am refreshed and ready.

Might sound kinda dumb but trust me it will work, or else you will be wide awake at 6am in the morning.
drink a glass of milk 10 mins before you go to bed and read before you go to bed.
dont do any heavy exercise before bedtime, some foods encourage sleeping - ie. a warm glass of milk, chicken. have a relaxing bath and just try and meditate when you in bed. it might take a few nights to get back into some sort of sleeping pattern but definately leave the sleeping pills alone. you could try melatonin from the healthfood store. good luck and sweet dreams
medication: benadryl
natural: melatonin

both around $5 at walgreens
watch a really boring slow movie wen ur in bed!! it helps me!
Try a nice warm glass of milk or exercise so this way your body gets tired and later on at night your body is going to be asking for rest(sleep) plus is good for your health, if none of this work then I guess you're going to need to talk your doctor.
