Sleep question?

Question:
Ok so, school is starting soon and I need to get a healthy sleeping schedule back. I've managed to completely flip it around over the summer. I'm thinking the best idea would be not to sleep at all for the remainder of the night/morning till 10 or 9 at night tomorrow and working from there. I'm not sure if it's a good idea though. Will that have a bad effect on me or anything? I'm really tired so I don't want to suffer and stay awake if it won't have a positive effect. Should I just sleep for a few hours, and if so, how many? (it's 7 A.M right now)
please help and thanks in advanced,
Krystin

Answers:
Just start waking up at the same time very day regardless of what time you go to sleep. This will re-set your sleep clock. You will eventually get back on a regular schedule.
If its just 7pm go to bed tonight and get up early and stay up all day then you will be ready to go to bed that night .
Start getting reglar sleep at night so you feel better the next day!
