My son's stomach aches..?

Question:
My son has been having stomach aches and keeps having diarrhea. how do we treat this?
My son gets stomach aches when he is tired or after he eats..

Answers:
How old is your son? He could be having an allergic reaction to wheats, or milk products. He could also be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, even small children can get this. Have you noticed the stomach aches and diarrhea happening after he eats certain foods? How about if he is under stress or not? Yes, even young children can fell stressed. There could be many reasons for his stomach aches and diarrhea.
The above are just 2 that I thought of. I'm not sure what would cause a stomach ache when he is tired. (That part may be a cry for attention). But, I believe something is going on with your son that requires a doctor. Stomach aches and diarrhea can be a sign of many things, it would be best to take him to a doctor and let them check him out.
Good Luck, I know having sick children can be very worrisome.
Take him to the doctor. He could get dehydrated fast with diarrhea. Its not good to let something like this go for too long. He could have a virus or parasite. Get him checked out.
It sounds perhaps that he might have some type of allergy to whatever he's eating. It could also be stress or a bug. Does he like yogurt? The active cultures in yogurt ("good" yogurt- a natural/organic brand will have the most cultures) help replace "friendly" bacteria in the stomach and usually bring relief to stomach aches and pains. As well as trying the yogurt make sure he stays hydrated and make an appt. to see his doctor.
Since most cases of stomach pain are non-serious, they can be treated at home.Greasy or high fat food and acidic food like citrus juices, carbonated drinks should be avoided. Home remedies for stomach pain, belly ache is available at http://www.aches.in/homeremediesstomacha...
Take him to a doctor. Make sure he his rehydrated. Pedialite or gatorade. Could be a milk (dairy) problem, so stop the milk/cheese etc. Give him a bland diet for a few days and see what happens, if he starts to feel better, introduce a new food every few days.
PLEASE TAKE HIM TO THE DR. YOU DIDN'T MENTION HIS AGE OR THE DURATION OF THIS. Could be his appendixes- The Dr. will be able to do some lab work, and those will indicate his white count, and other factors that may deem his condition to be serious. Either way, he/she can rule out this problem. PLEASE take him to the Dr! Take care and good luck!
