You have to take the stinger out. Scrape it with a credit card or something in the opposite direction it is in so it doesn't break. If it is on an angle to the right, scrape from right to left.
Make sure the stinger is out first thing. Make a paste using baking soda and water and apply to sting site.
get some benedryl and that will help your sting
i think vinegar helps bring out the stinger ..ouch
well one thing check to see if the stinger is out and then wash it off i got bite 2 times on the botton of my foot it hurt like hell but the pain will get better later that night like about midnight it started to itch like crazy but it still hut so cold compresses helps next day was fine.
this is probably late, but next time tell her to hold above where she has been stung (if she was bit in the neck, holding the face wont help much, you want to stop the venom form going to the heart, so hold below the neck lightly since you don't want to strangle her, basically try to delay the venom from going ot the heart by applying light pressure) so the venom doesn't course as quickly. tell her to relax since panicking would only active the venom. pull out the stinger and the venom sac, apply ice and wash with soapy water.
if she starts to breath rapidly or lightly, falls unconscious, has red streaks running from where she was bit, or breaks out in hives call 911 because she could have an allergic reaction to hat ever bit her..
