Answers:
You might have Restless Leg Syndrome. I suggest you take Requip to get rid of it. http://www.requip.com/
i call it feeling jizzy, not sure what it is but it is really annoying.
There is a real medical condition called something like Fidgety leg syndrome
There actually is a condition called Restless Leg Syndrome. The same medication for malaria (quinine) is used to help control restless leg syndrome.
How old are you? May be what they commonly call growing pains. It's the bodies way of ensuring plenty of movement and excecise during the growing process to strengthen muscles. It can be very uncomfortable, especially at night when trying to sleep. A more active lifestyle is a big help.

On the other hand, it may be something else completely, so as always with medical questions, go see the doc
I get it too. I believe it`s called RSL - restless leg syndrome. I read a leaflet and had all the symptoms it described and it advised me to seek medical attention. I havent done it yet though x x

Try stretching out your leg muscles. That helps to loosen back muscles also.
I have that the doctor prescribed quinine but not i just move my legs when they want moving
This sounds very much like restless leg syndrome. there are medications available from your gp which may help alleviate these symptoms.
Try a Yahoo search for "restless legs syndrome" + "natural remedies".
Called restless leg syndrome or Ekbom syndrome.

Unfortunately no known cure but the gp can prescribe some tablets that help, although variably
thats wierd, i used to get that a few years back, it feels like you have to go running or something doesnt it?i used to have to keep stretching my legs but it didnt do anything it was horriable, i havent had it for quite a while now so it may pass, either that or consult your soctor, they might be able to tell you what it is
This may seem too simple, but it is what worked for me!
