What is this painful bump in my ear?

Question:
What is an ear cyst?I'm only a kid so I don't really know. And I think i have an ear infection. It's a small bum inside my ear.Not way inside, but like on the edge of inside my ear.It hurts so bad when I touch it.Is it an ear cyst?

By the way, I want to get my ears pierced, but this nasty littlebump grew in my ear. Do you think that it's still okay to get my ears pierced.I've gotten my ears pierced before when I was 5, but I got an infection so I had to grow them out. It's because I didn't clean my ears and earrings out.

Answers:
Yeah, It sounds like a zit in your ear. Everybody gets them once and awhile. They are the worst, they hurt like hell, you can't pop them, and they last for days. Just try not to touch and irritate it. Maybe put some acne medication on it. Something with benzol peroxide 10% on it. You can get that stuff at any drug store.
I've had them before. Its basically one of those underground zits. It sounds like cystic acne in your ear. I've had a few of them and they are very painful. They will go away after a week or so, or come to a head and burst like a normal zit. Just leave it alone and it should go away. If its not gone withine a couple of weeks you might want to check with a doctor. But, it sounds like a horrible zit to me.
