My stomach pains...?

Question:
i eat lots of fruits and veggies .why do have a stomach ache every day?

Answers:
some fruits have lots of acid and that can cause irritation to the stomach. You may have indigestion up possibly the beginnings of an ulcer.

Eat soft cooked white rice, yogurt and oatmeal on a regular basis. These are soothing And healing foods.

for now do not eat any fruit that has acid. The best type of fruit would be bananas as they are soothing to the stomach. Start taking digestive enzymes capsules every time you eat as this may balance out your Stomach problems.

If you don't feel better within a few weeks see your medical doctor.
OK i think u will have to take surgery.Sorry it might be a virus or bacteria there please talk to your doctor about this or its to late
hello. First thing we need to know what we are dealing with. Visit your GP and ask to arrange a Ultrasound or a CT Scan. this can show abnormalities in the abdominal area.

It may be if your are suffering from stress, you could have excess acid, which is causin you pain.

Should nothing unusual show up on the scan, then ask your GP for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy to see for abnormalities in the digestion tubes.

Best of luck!
I think you should stop eating veges and fruits for some time.
I think its too much roughage (like the top two) in your diet and indigestion that could be causing the pains.
Take tums or any antacid. It might solve the problem. Take plenty of liquids too. This is what I did for my kid when she had tummy pains.
Hope this works. Good Luck.
