How long does a pinched nerve take to heal?

Question:
The other day I was wearing some tight shoes, and after I took them off I noticed that the 2nd toe on both of my feet was numb. Its been 4 days and they are still numb (don't hurt, just numb) so I am pretty sure its a pinched nerve. How long does this take to heal? I have been wearing flip flops since it happened as to not injure it any more. Also of note, I was recently tested for diabetes so I know its not anything having to do with that.

Answers:
You have to let your nerve regenerate and that can take up to a couple of months. Nerve regeneration is a slow process, it also depends on your age. The younger you are the quicker it will regenerate. Hope this helps
could be a couple of days, up to a couple of weeks, it depends on you.

the nerve and the tissue around it needs to relax.
It could be from thight shoes like you said where shoes that arnt so tight and the problem will go away.
