I try to get 8 hours of sleep in but I find myself naturally waking up with around 7 hours. Sometimes I'll hangout trying to fall back to sleep for that last hour and end up being more tired. Any ideas?

Obviously your body only requires 7 hours. Sleeping in can make you more tired as well as causing some nasty headaches in the morning.
