Which is the best cigarette filter?

Since I'm into smoking and want to use filters before I can actually quit it , i would like to know if anyone knows about good quality filters that I can use?

Answers:
Smoking is so bad, you have no idea just how difficult its going to be for you to totally stop smoking. If you doubt what I say try quiting for just one day.
