My joint hang on to cracking -- shoulders, elbows, knees, ankle, toes -- why and how to stop it?
I'm 20 years old, I keep hold of myself in perfect shape and in righteous health. I hold a good diet and average built and I keep hold of myself active. However, something have been going on for a while in a minute that I'm just in a minute starting to be weary of.
My shoulders and elbows crack every time I bench press, my knees crack whenever I unbend them, my ankle cracks every time I rotate it, and my toes crack when I amble. This is not a one-time crack like beside your knuckles, it keeps arranged. There's no pain involved, I a moment ago don't think it's in good health. I mean, I can't step bare-foot on a floor without my toes cracking every time I push my foot bad of the floor.
Please don't tell me to shift to a doctor -- obviously if this persist it's something I'm going to have to do. I'm simply wondering if anyone might be able to suggest a wreak or remedy for this as, again, I don't think it's faultlessly healthy.

I come up with the best solution is the low impact exercise. You may be active but I don`t know you are not exercising all the parts of your body.
I would reccomend tai chi, because when I started my joint were cracking when doing the movements but immediately I have be doing it for a while there is almost no cracking at adjectives.
yoga or pilates might do the same item. I would avoid high impact happenings like running because that cause joint pains for me.
Oh and no problem see your doctor if it starts to hurt.

so i think your body is not within a nomal condition so better try
to do some physicals.
