Any ways to cure a headache and motion sickness without taking any medicine :-/ stuck at work?

Forget all the other answers, this is the most proven non medical way to cure headache and motion sickness, ...Ginger. thats right, ginger, and lots of it. Drink ginger tea with diced up pieces of ginger root in the tea, and if u can take some ginger root capsules(u can find that at your local GNC) with it, u will be fine in no time. Ginger is a root that helps the blood vessels in your brain stabalize when they are being irritated, it also effects your brians ability to detect motion. TRY IT!
Try running some cold water over your wrists, and patting it along the back of your neck. I get some relief from a cold washcloth over my forehead or along the back of my neck. Dim the lights if you can - that may help as well.
The Office Cure for the Common Headache
Boom, boom, boom. That’s the music in my head right now – well, not so much music as a rhythm of pain. Hydrate with Electrolytes: If you can get your hands on a sports drink or other electrolytes-enhanced beverage, you’re on your way to cerebral bliss. Electrolytes combat stress headaches brought about by tension and dehydration. If you can’t get a sports drink, try to drink lots of water.
Give Yourself a Caffeine Boost: This is a tricky one. If you think you might be suffering from caffeine withdrawal, that double-shot espresso or cola drink can help. If not, a little caffeine might do the trick; don’t overdo it or you might worsen your condition – especially if you aren’t an ardent coffee drinker.
Bathroom-Sink Remedy: This is gonna sound crazy, but it apparently works. Fill a bathroom sink with the hottest water you can stand. Place your hands in the water. As the water cools, replace it with more hot water. Keep your hands in the hot water for a few minutes. The idea behind this is that blood rushes to the hands and away from your head, thereby relieving the headache.
Naturally, I should follow up this office-remedy advice with the precaution that I’m not a doctor – and this advice is intended for stress or tension headache sufferers, not headaches brought about by serious medical conditions. When in doubt, please seek medical attention.

There are two accupressure spots you can stimulate to help with these conditions.

For headaches, rub and put pressure the spot on the little web of skin between your thumb and forefinger.

For motion sickness, it's the little spot between your nose and lips, with the two little lines on each side. Press this spot for 2 -3 minutes and repeat until you are feeling better.

It's amazing how well these techniques work. I've been using them for years.

Caffine usually helps my headaches. Coffee, soda, choc...Try to focus on something to help ease the motion sickness. Sit if you can, close your eyes and chill out. Don't think about work.
