Can this be a sign of Neurological problems?

Question:
The thumb on my left hand (I am right handed) keeps twitching(4 days now). Dr appt is in two weeks, but am worried for some reason.

Answers:
Most Twitches you've described are caused by a certain muscle spasming - which can have various causes, but most of the time it is caused by a Vitamin deficiency.

If it is painful you should see a doctor.
Don't worry sweety
xx
It's a good thing you made an appointment. Don't worry. It's probably nothing, but it's always good to be sure. And, if there is a problem, you made the first step towards treating it!
Sometimes calcium deficiency is the cause. It won't harm you to take some calcium tablets maybe with Vit. D.
Good luck!
