well, constipation is a condition where you have difficulty in passing your waste out, probably you meant to say this. of course people suffering from constipation will strain to defecate..to prevent constipation, take in food with sources of high fibre and drink more water
to strain is the nature of constipation.
There is no medicine for 75% diseases(i.e. almost all non-infectious). Most of them are due to our ignorance or bad habits, constipation is also one of them; just correct your mistakes and you will get results, but try hard.
Have a glass of warm water +1/2 (fresh) lemon + (honey 2 spoons) early in the morning and go for walk.
Have some fruits for breakfast + milk if needed.
Drink water as per needs.
Have lunch if you feel good hunger; otherwise be bold with fruits. Use salads if possible.
For dinner you must use salads irrespective of veg or non-veg food.
You should avoid worry and anger strictly; otherwise no treatment in the world will help you!
