I have this juicy vein that i rub..?

on my left hand. I rub it with my bottom lip or my thumb, and i wanna know 2 things:

Is this normal?

How can i stop this weird habit??

The only way that you will stop is to mentally catch yourself doing it and stop. But I also have a vein that protrudes on my hand which occasionally I will mess with.
you are a freak of nature. this is neither normal or acceptable to modern society. i don't know how you can stop, but you had better do so before you face banishment for your unusual habits.
