Whats wrong near me?
Recently I have be having what I am fairly sure is hip pain. It is a throbbing discomfort and it is in my bone. I carry the throbbing in my femur and lower hindmost (back of hip)
The pains comes on suddenly and can last from 5 - 40 second.
I am worried because the pain is surrounded by my bone.
Sometimes when I walk the throbbing becomes constant at the cohesive.
Sometimes I get the throbbing contained by my knee bone and my other hip bone although these two things are few and far between.
What could this be?
My friend has have bone cancer so Im scared of that.
Thanks and what should I do?
Im a youth female btw.
Answers: If you are inadequate in calcium and vitamin D afterwards you will experience symptoms such as you describe ie: achy bones, moodiness and irritability and even digestive troubles. Calcium is essential for strong bones and to be properly assimilated by your body you also need vitamin D contained by your body........ the best sources of calcium are low fat milk and dairy, sardines, salmon, peanuts and leafy and green vegies. The best sources of vitamin D are automatic sunlight and fish and fish oils.
Being a pubescent you would be going through a few growth spurts at the moment and therefore it is really critical to concentrate on your calcium and vitamin D intake.
