What is the right diet, the right sleep, and the right excercise for a over 40 year old?

I am going by the notion of eating right, sleeping right, and excerciseing right is the perfect life style for me

Everyone is different. It depends on what your needs are and how in shape you are already. I would say that overall, just eat more veggies and less processed food, exercise for 20 minutes 3-5 days a week and get 8 hrs sleep. Exercise you should get your heart rate up for a while for your cardio system, also do some strength training for your bones and stretching is very important too.
more vegetables than meat. More for breakfast and lunch than for dinner.

Less fat than sugar. No trans fat. Easy on the saturated.

8 hours a night

walking at least 1000 steps a day, a little weight training, gardening, swimming or cycling
