Everyone is different. It depends on what your needs are and how in shape you are already. I would say that overall, just eat more veggies and less processed food, exercise for 20 minutes 3-5 days a week and get 8 hrs sleep. Exercise you should get your heart rate up for a while for your cardio system, also do some strength training for your bones and stretching is very important too.

Less fat than sugar. No trans fat. Easy on the saturated.
