Doctor or optician?

Question:
my daughter has been saying she has trouble with her vision, everything goes white for a few seconds, nothing seems to bring it on, it just happens, 3 times since the weekend, and occasionally for a few weeks before this

Answers:
She needs a medical check up, start with your GP, he may wish to refer her on for a more specialist work up.
i'd go to an optician first and if they think it is serious they will refer you to a doctor
Doctor,To see if there is anything wrong with her eye and if it's nothing just bad eyesight take her to the optician =]
Optician will give advice about the health of the eyes. Probably better to see a Doctor as he can examine her for any health problems which may be showing up as this symptom.
optician or doctor-i doubt it matters and then if it is serious they will refer her to the ophthalmic doctors in the hospital i presume??
Start with the optician, if he thinks you need to see a doctor he will point you in the right direction. My wife had trouble with her eyes she went to the optician and he sent her to a nuerologist. Good luck Hope everything works out for you.
i would reccomend the optician first as they have all the equipment to detect eye trouble and can reccomend you to the eye dept of your local hospital, doctors have limited equiptment at the surgery.
hi if you go to docs first thing he will ask is have you had her eyes checked, so visit the opticians, if there is a problem they refer you from there. hope there is not. x
See a doctor asap. If it is eyes the doc will refer you to the appropriate optician or eye specialist. This could very well be a medical problem not an eye problem. No guessing - go see your doctor, it's important.
I would go to your doctor and he can advise whats best either refferal to eye clinic ir if you need to go to an optician.
go to an optician and see what they say, u may need to take her to a doctor to get a referal to an eye specialist at the hospital, i hope its nothing to serious good luck to her xx
I'd go to the doctor as it sounds like a neural problem affecting the eye rather than a vision problem, but both a doc and an optician will probably end up referring you on to someone who's more specialist!
I'd take her straight to the doctor. It doesn't sound good.
