Is it healthy to sleep with a watch on?

yea..the only bad thing that could happen would be that you fall asleep with it under your face and then wake up with the print in your face.......
Unless your watch is very tight, there's nothing wrong with sleeping with a watch on.
You could get a skin rash under the strap. Just like the baby gets with diaper rash, from moisture buildup. Unless the watch is a rolex or made of 100% pure gold, take it off and put it a draw or someplace you'll remember in the morning.
nope-as long as it's lose enough to let blood flow through your wrist, but tight enough so that it doesn't fall off and u lose it in bed-don't wanna wake up 2 like "MMMM-oh god what was that?? s*@# it's my WATCH" lol-j/k. anywhoo before mine broke-i love guys' watches-anywhoo i always kept it on.
