Not very long. I would think you'd need to go by the time you finished the 6th cup.
I once had 6 glasses of water with dinner in a restaurant. The waiter brought the bill and asked if I'd like to know where the rest room was. I had been in an air-conditioned dehumidified computer room for most of 8 hours, and was very thirsty.
