How do I pull 3 all nighters?
Question:
Answers:
I have to do 4 - 10 hour overnight shifts beginning tonight. I usually try to sleep as late as I can, then get a nap in later this evening. I will come home tomorrow morning, get much of my sleeping in as soon as I get here and do the same in the evening.
Make sure you drink a lot of water, and eat good foods. Sometimes, I feel so sick from all of the caffeine and vending machine food.
dont sleep
Stay up really late tonight and sleep in tomorrow morning. That way, you won't be as tired tomorrow night. Also drink a lot of coffee. The second two days should be easier, go to sleep when you get home from work and sleep in. It'll adjust your internal clock.
drink energy drinks like red bull and drink loads of coffe and things that have got loads of caffinein them
Drink coffee!! Try cat naps... 30 minutes of sleep will energize you more than 1 or 2 hours. Eat fruit, whole grain granola bars, and wear an energizing uplifting perfume.
Its hard I know (college, boyfriend, work, friends) but hey that's what red bull is for!
But just don't keep it up for to long! Its unhealthy and stressful to keep it up all the time!
Get some meth or Adderall. Just kidding!
I used to work the graveyard shift and it's HARD! You should probably sleep when you're tired. Like I'm never tired right after I get off work. So, maybe go home, eat some dinner (breakfast?) and watch some tv or read until you fall asleep. Eventually your body will get in sinc with this schedule. However, my problem came from the fact that I wanted to go hang out with people and do things during the day like a normal person and then I would totally mess up my schedule on my days off. Like, I'd go to sleep at 6:00pm and wake up at 2:00am!
